my 1st month bill should havebeen free usage but it came asRs773,I paid Rs775 on 2/12/2009 receipt No.5020,no justification as how much of Usage;next bill came asRs347 I paidRs348 on5/1/2010,receipt No.5566; then I dissconnected on9/1/2010,to my surprise yet another bill came on18/1/2010 of Rs479 which I declined to pay,as how is billing when disconnected?
