| Complaint Details | We have taken the repair service from the above person from SUPER TECH ENGINEERS, B.O. H.NO.1836/93/1, MODEL GRAM ROAD,NEAR E.S.I HOSPITAL ROAD, LUDHIANA.
He has taken the machine to the service station on 25-1-2010 and gave it back on 30-1-2010.
Our complaint is that he has not given us the detailed bill of the service and the parts of machine he has changed but he just has given us 2 receipts no. 1186 and 1187 in the amount of Rs.250 and Rs.4480. one of the part is also missing from machine. When we asked about the part and about the detail bill of the service he said he will provide it within 1 or 2 days but till the date we have no response from the person. |
