| Complaint Details | THIS IS WHAT I SENT TO THEM BY MAIL
i am completely fed up with you people for the past one month i had given you the cheque demanded by you to supply gas to my home but all of your representatives are harassing me by saying we cant do anything we cant help you we are forwarding your query but of no avail the meter has been installed along with pipe line 8 months ago but till now no supply has been given to me one month ago a representative came to my house to collect more money i gave him cheque also and it was encashed tooo but of no avail.
what kind of standards are you trying to set for future endevours if this is the kind of harassement we customers have to face its better to surrender our connections with immideate effect and let us proceed to CONSUMER COURT for unnecessary mental trauma and forgery by indraprastha gas limited as they took money and in return were unable to performed to designated task of suplying gas.
please look into the matter with urgent need and give me also response on how to deal under this situation.
the connections are in the name of my mother SARALA MEHTA and my uncle RAJAN MEHTA respectively for ground floor and first floor # 9899563616
